We are one of Europe's largest manufacturers of Clear Aligners and other medical devices, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany.
 

We are searching for a highly motivated Business Developer (m/f/d) to join our growing team.


As a business developer, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the company's growth plans worldwide. Your main role is to deploy new growth levers for the company. You will have a strategic role, developing a long-term vision for the company while at the same time rolling out tactics to rapidly conquer new markets. You will be targeting DSO (Dental Service Organizations), companies, and big lab chains. Not only that, but you will continuously coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to approach new clients efficiently or bring new ones on board. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for a team of business development working with you side by side and covering different regions worldwide.

 

At K Line, we are more than a clear aligner manufacturer, we have the ambition to become a end-to-end solution provider for all business needs for Doctors or Direct-to-consumer business and this year we want to offer our full service to existing clients and new clients.


Main Duties


- Responsible for implementing sales strategies for different clients across
regions
- Work alongside sales to generate new business
- You support and accompany the customers via emails and WhatsApp
business and answer incoming questions
- You are responsible for the long growth of K Line Europe
- Coordinate between related issues between IT, customer service, sales and production
- Creating an exceptionally friendly customer experience that customers won't find anywhere else
- You bring a great deal of enjoyment in dealing with customers Personal Qualities, Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements
- You are empathetic and enjoy understanding and overcoming challenges
- You bring some initial customer service experience to the table
- You are flexible, proactive, and excel at working independently
- You bring a great deal of enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Be able to work under your own initiative and effectively organize your own workload
- Excellent IT skills with office
- A self-motivator with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the
business
