Business Developer (m/w/d)

We are one of Europe's largest manufacturer of Clear Aligners and other medical devices, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany.
 

We are searching for a highly motivated Business Developer (m/f/d) to join our growing team, reporting directly to our Senior Business Developer. 

Your profile:​

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development

  • You have a relevant degree

  • Proven track record of entering new markets and growing revenue

  • Fluent in English and optionally speak other languages as well

  • Highly motivated

  • Ability to travel internationally when necessary

Your skills and responsibilities:

  • Researching, identifying and implementing specific growth measures for the business

  • Communication and developing relationships with C-level executives

  • You will continue to work closely with our Senior Business Developer to contribute to the global business strategy and support our International expansion. 

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and new market development. 

  • Implement new growth strategies within an assigned region for future revenue growth

  • Drive specific growth leavers for the company to maximize potential growth

  • Align with the marketing team on prospective industry requirements and client expectations 

  • Responsible for building relationships and maintaining strong connections with relevant partners 

  • Continuously monitor the market for new trends and competitor activities

  • Develop lasting relationships with relevant, industry specialised Key opinion leaders

  • Report into the Senior Business Developer on a weekly basis 

  • Ability to adapt and exceed all expectations from a variety of partners, including Dental Service Organizations, Distribution, Private Label and Orthodontists regularly

  • Educate distribution partners on their effective go-to-market strategies and in-market execution tools 

  • Create new go-to market strategies which increases the number of successful case productions achieved with new & existing clients 

  • Support the Head of Sales for introductions to new clients, preparing materials & offers for Key accounts 

  • Reactivate previous client interactions and stagnant sales leads 

  • Attend International trade shows/congresses to maximise client engagement
