In this role, you will be responsible for bridging our customer journey, IT initiatives with our manufacturing operations.

Your expertise in intranet documentation and process management will drive the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

Main duties

 

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and process guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate communication between customer service, sales, IT, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending enhancements.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Your qualifications

​

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience (5+ years) in process and project management.

• Strong knowledge of documentation processes and tools.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.

• Familiarity with the clear aligner industry and orthodontics is beneficial but not required.

• PMP is certification is a plus.
