K Line Europe GmbH is a manufacturer of orthodontic tooth correction trays known as "Clear Aligners" and other cosmetic dental products with headquarters in Düsseldorf.
For our company we are looking for a dedicated Lead Customer Service International (m/f/d*) on a full-time basis with immediate effect. We are growing and would like to ensure the operational effectiveness and performance of the Customer Satisfaction.

Your tasks:

You support and accompany the customers via telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp business and answer incoming questions

You are responsible for fast and effective processing of email requests, ensuring customer satisfaction

Coordinate between related issues between customer service and sales

You bring some initial customer service experience to the table

Creating an exceptionally friendly customer experience that customers won't find anywhere else
