A 25-year-old female patient presented with a 4-5mm deep bite, crowding in both arches, and a 5mm midline shift. Using K Clear aligners and strategic ASR techniques, we achieved complete crowding resolution and deep bite correction in just 10 months. The treatment stabilized overjet and overbite while correcting the midline by 4mm. This case demonstrates the effectiveness of clear aligner therapy for combined deep bite and crowding malocclusions in adult patients.
