Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are one of Europe's largest manufacturers of Clear Aligners and other medical devices, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany.
 

We are searching for a highly motivated Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing team.

 

The Product Manager is responsible for developing new technologies and ideas into innovative and market-leading dental products for K Line Europe GmbH. You will manage the entire Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with engineering to deliver high-standard products. At K Line, we are more than a clear aligner manufacturer, we have the ambition to become the market leading end to end solution provider for the clear aligner industry, supporting many variations of clients, from direct doctors and DTC brands, through to B2B partnerships.
 

Main Duties

- Managed a product from pipeline and product lifecycle through to market implementation
- Design and oversee the product roadmap from scratch to launch
- Worked closely with Sales, Marketing and BD teams to ensure team is equipped to drive product in the market following launch
- Be the point of contact for all product related issues or questions from key customers and accounts
- Continuously monitor the market for potential disruptions or barriers to overcome, ensuring we maximize our implementation to market
-Monitor customer support departments to ensure we surpass customer satisfaction in all countries
- You support and accompany the customers via emails and WhatsApp business and answer incoming questions
- You are responsible for the fast and effective processing of email requests, ensuring customer satisfaction regarding product
- Coordinate development between related issues between customer service,
sales and production
- Creating an exceptionally friendly customer experience that customers won't find anywhere else
- You bring a great deal of enjoyment in dealing with customers


Personal Qualities, Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements


- Minimum of 3-5 years of Product Management related experience
- Fluency in English is essential; German is a bonus
- Ability to travel when requested to support International customers
- You bring a great deal of enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Capable to work remotely at times and effectively organize your own workload
- Excellent IT skills with office
- A self-motivator with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business
