How to request refinements

1. Log into our portal

Go to https://clearalignerportal.com/ and log in with your account. If you do not have an account yet, click on "New Account"

2. Select the case in your Dashboard

Select and click the respective case.

3. Press the "Request Refinement" Button

4. Insert comments and Images

5. K Line will ship your clear aligners within 7 business days.
